If you are new to exercising and looking to change your lifestyle, this program will prepare you and give you all the essentials of healthy exercises, mobility, strength, and endurance.

The beginner's program will focus on building the necessary fundamentals of exercising.

  • Learning correct movements and the connection between brain and muscles
  • Improving mobility in knees, hips, shoulders, and ankles
  • Increasing strength
  • Building conditioning
  • Improving overall performance

Since this program is for beginners, it doesn’t have a specific goal. Instead, we will focus on body transformation (i.e. burning fat, building muscles, and improving your cardiovascular system). In other words, we will focus on your looks as well as your performance.

In all beginner trainings, the primary focus will be on correct technique. The secondary focus will be on training variables (i.e. weights used, repetitions, tempo, sets, and breaks between sets). The last focus will be on exhaustion “feeling the burn”.
