I bring the gym to you – I arrive at your doorstep with a squat rack, a full set of weights, bands, mats, and almost everything else a traditional gym offers. With me, your gym is at your doorstep, whenever you are ready for it. I am your personal trainer and your personal gym.

Whenever and wherever. I bring the gym to you, whenever you are ready. Setting up equipment, driving to the gym, counting reps, watching your form, planning a targeted and effective workout regimen to empower you to achieve your goals – all of this is taken care of by me when we work together.

Typically 3-4 times a week for consistent and noticeable results is what I suggest. If you’re traveling or have a hectic schedule, no worries. I offer online personal training and am very flexible to work around your schedule.

My background as a retired professional Muay Thai fighter, American MMA competitor, and Czech National Champion of karate inspired my fitness journeys and deep appreciation for cultivating proactive approaches to wellness. From nutrition to informed exercise practices, I have learned firsthand that how you do anything is how you do everything. I have injured myself many times on my journeys and am actively committed to empowering others to embrace healthy lifestyles. I understand that life gets busy, and my goal is to help you also embrace a healthy lifestyle by making exercising as simple as opening your door to begin your session.
